Tom was from our initial visit, helpful, supportive, informative and completely professional in his dealings with us. He diagnosed the issue with the laptop helped us to make informed decisions about next steps and we couldn’t have asked for more. Many thanks Tom - the services provided are spot on. And all with a smile and non patronising manner.Also great value for money.

Rather the opposite. Our problem before 2013 was that IT support people locally just came and went quite quickly, whereas Allen's hopefully are here for the longer-term and well set-up. I have always found Andy and Tom very helpful, prompt, supplying equipment, doing what needs to be done without going for more or skipping aspects, and at a reasonable price appropriate to the professional and quality service they provide.
